What happens in the first hour after wake-up calls — from linen service to the rooftop espresso bar.
We do not offer a breakfast buffet. Instead, a short menu changes daily based on what arrived from regional producers overnight. Pastries rest under a cloth until ordered. Coffee is pulled to order on the rooftop from 07:00.
Housekeeping begins at the far end of each corridor and works toward the lift — a small detail, but guests tell us they never hear a cart outside their door. If you prefer a later start, place the card on your handle and we will wait until you are ready.
The ritual is simple: light first, then warmth, then something to eat. Everything else can wait until Sunday truly begins.
